Hello there! Latest news :

Blaire has had a baby girl, Ivy born on the 13th November. I'm sure you will all join me in the best wishes and congratulations! Blaire is therefore slightly pre-occupied at the moment so R&P are on a temporary hold. I am working with Tom Darwen, a wonderful pianist and Simon Kirkbride, singer & guitarist with some recording in mind and maybe a new myspace page so watch this space! For the first year I had all 5 songs in the UK Songwriting Contes in the Semi's, some achievement but not the big breakthrough as yet!

Paul Rogers and Blaire Palmer have been working together since May 2005 and are already wowing audiences with their unique fusion of acoustic folk, jazz and blues.

Mixing sensitivity with joy and moving emotions with power, Rogers and Palmer perform a collection of original compositions and classic covers by artists such as Eva Cassidy, Suzanne Vega, James Blunt and Corrine Bailey Rae.

Award winning singer, songwriter and musician Paul Rogers (Runner up in the 2005 UK Songwriting contest, finalist in 2006, multiple semi-finalist in the 2007 contest), sponsored by the Brit Trust) scintillates with his trademark guitar sound and a voice that blends effortlessly with that of his musical partner. Blaire Palmer's sizzling vocals tease and tantalise, lulling you into believing you are in a smoky, Harlem nightclub one moment, only to shake you in to the present day with a belter the next!.

Performing at many of the West's live music clubs Rogers and Palmer have, in a short period, attracted a dedicated following and supported the legendary Martin Carthy!. 2007 peaked with a 6 song set at Priddy festival!

Together Rogers & Palmer truly deserve a wider audience.
